COMPANY OVERVIEW


With effect from October 16, 2008, the Aspocomp Group consists of the following companies:
  • parent company Aspocomp Group Oyj (Finland)
  • Aspocomp Oulu Oy (Finland), holding of the parent company: 90%
In addition, Aspocomp Group Oyj has a minority share in the following companies:
  • a shareholding of 20% in Meadville Aspocomp Holdings Limited, a joint venture with Meadville Holdings Limited. The joint venture owns Aspocomp Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (India) and ACP Electronics Co., Ltd. (China)
  • a shareholding of 15% in Imbera Electronics Inc (USA)
  • a shareholding of about 6% Aspocomp (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Thailand)
The parent company Aspocomp Group Oyj is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Its production facilities are located in Oulu, Finland.

The joint venture Aspocomp Meadville Holdings Limited has production in China (ACP Electronics Co., Ltd.) and it is building a production facility in India.

Imbera develops Integrated Module Board assembly technology (Imbera Electronics Oy).

Aspocomp (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has production in Thailand (Aspocomp (Thailand) Co., Ltd.).
