Insider Administration
Aspocomp complies with legislation on insiders, the Financial Supervision Authority's (FIN-FSA) standards and the recommendations of the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
The Board has ratified the Company's insider rules. According to the rules, the following persons shall be listed in the public insider register:
- the members of the Board
- the CEO and her/his Deputy
- the auditors
- the members of the management team.
The Company also keeps a permanent internal insider register of the following persons:
- the Managing Directors of the subsidiaries
- other administrative or finance employees designated by the CEO.
In addition, the Company maintains project-specific insider registers.
Aspocomp Group Plc's insider register is maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The up-to-date details of public insider's share and option holdings can be viewed at Euroclear Finland premises in Helsinki, Finland at the address Urho Kekkosen katu 5 C and in public insider register. |
