AGM elects one external auditor who must be a public accountant authorized by the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland.
For the fiscal year 2010 the auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy with Authorized Public Accountant Jouko Malinen as the main auditor.
Jouko Malinen has served as the main auditor since April 5, 2005. |
