Following the rights offering of Aspocomp Group Oyj, which has resulted in the number of Aspocomp's shares increasing to 49,905,130 shares, the potential share ownership of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited has fallen below 10% but will still exceed, if it subscribes for the shares in full on the basis of the warrants issued to it, after such shares subscribed for have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register, 5% of the number of shares and votes carried by the shares of Aspocomp Group Plc. The threshold remains the same even if the number of shares that can be subscribed for is calculated with reference to currently registered number of shares of Aspocomp Group Oyj (as required by the securities legislation).
