Aspocomp strongly believes that the well-being of human resources is cornerstone of a productive working community. Aspocomp's principles on personnel responsibility are based on the Social Accountability International SA8000 Standard, which specifies principles for socially and ethically good use of labor. The main aspects of the SA8000 Standard relate to preventing the use of child and forced labor, working hours and remuneration, occupational health and safety, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
